Scott started his college education at the University of Miami where he played baseball. Scott transferred to Indiana University to pursue a business education where he was the concert coordinator, booking such bands as the Rolling Stones and the Who. Scott graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with a degree in marketing and finance.
Scott started his career in real estate after college by investing in single family homes and apartment buildings in the Midwest. Eventually Scott headed west to Scottsdale Arizona where he formed Farrell Development and Investment Company.
Scott’s company specialized in land speculation and focused on the acquisition of sectional corners on the outskirts of the Phoenix metropolitan area. As the investment opportunities reduced as market conditioned changed, Scott’s company moved into the commercial development business.
Scott was involved in WalMart’s expansion west while Sam Walton was still alive and built the first WalMart store in Arizona. WalMart was an anchor tenant in Plaza Vista Mall, a large shopping center developed by Scott in Sierra Vista Arizona. Scott also built stores for other anchor tenants such as JC Penney. After several years, Scott sold his commercial property to a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) on the New York stock exchange. Scott has also been involved in other development projects including ocean front residential and moved to California in 1996.
Scott’s passions include his children, golf, architecture, motorcycles, and marlin fishing (catch and release). Scott is a member of the International Game Fish Association’s 10 to 1 Club and the National Coalition for Marine Conservation.
Jamie was born and raised in Texas and moved to Los Angeles in 2000. She obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 to become a personal assistant to one of Ventura County’s busiest agents. When the market slowed down in 2008 she took a position as an office administrator and transaction coordinator in a local Real Estate office in Agoura Hills. Her six years of working with agents and running an office gives her the experience to excel as the Operation’s Manager at Thrive Homes and Estates.
With many years of real estate sales experience in Ventura County with RE/MAX Gold Coast, Jim refined his focus to specialize in Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura and the surrounding areas. Scott was interested in expanding his growing team to include expertise in this area and a partnership was formed.
Now with Thrive Homes & Estates, Jim applies his expertise of servicing high profile clientele to home owners desirous of selling their property for top dollar and aggressively pursuing great deals for select buyers. Jim is an agent who’s an expert in the Camarillo area brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate.
Seana graduated from Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree and also took postgraduate training at ULCA in interior design.
Prior to becoming a successful real estate agent, Seana worked in production design in commercials and films, for an architectural firm, and also owned her own professional organizing business. One unifying concept runs through all of her previous positions, client services.
Seana’s knowledge of the Los Angeles market and culture is coupled with her passion for home staging and for creating innovative marketing campaigns for luxury homes. Bryan was born and raised in Southern California. His professional experience began in Post Production where he quickly climbed the Corporate ladder and became the youngest member of the Management team at twenty one. He continued in management level positions through acquisitions and buyouts until his drive and negotiating skills guided him into the financial arena. There he worked on multi-million dollar projects funding feature films, as well as private and real estate lending. In 2007 he pursued and received his real estate license where his energy and charisma continue to be the essence of his success. A New York native, Cynthia began her career in the performing arts at Laguardia H.S. (known as the “FAME” school) where she acted in various theatre and film productions, continuing to develop her talents as a director. With her natural go-getter attitude and keen eye for talent, she eventually worked her way into the business side of the industry as a talent manager.
Ready to take on the next stage of her life, Cynthia moved to Northridge, California where she joined Prudential Realty to gain the knowledge and experience needed to become a successful agent in the valley. In 2012, Cynthia left Prudential to partner with broker and investor Scott Farrell where she is excited to continue successful client relationships.
Sean L. Jenkins specializes in luxury residential and commercial investment real estate and has an extensive background in finance, marketing and technology.
Prior to joining Thrive Homes & Estates, Sean worked in the financial industry, assisting firms in business development, capital raising, and marketing. He played a key role in expanding these firm’s marketing activities in the United States and Europe and opening the doors to institutional investors.
In 2008, Sean helped to create and launch “peekabui,” a successful mobile application development company with on‐ going investments and projects related to mobile devices, software and marketing.
Sean graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a degree in psychology and then went on to the California College of the Arts where he studied product design and marketing. Following graduation, he launched his own design, marketing, and software consulting firm and was on the cutting edge of computer‐assisted design. More recently, Sean has been taking courses from the CCIM Institute and is on his way toward the CCIM Designation.
Marie graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to entering Real Estate Sales, at the age of 19, Marie started her career as a young entrepreneur. Marie’s creative vision and love for fashion and beautiful accessories motivated her to become an owner of a successful clothing boutique. Her boutique included unique, trendy, and fashionable clothing and accessories for women and children.
In 1998, Marie began her career in Real Estate Sales at Century 21. After many years of experience working as a Real Estate Agent, Marie has gained extensive knowledge in negotiation, marketing, and Real Estate finance. Marie enjoys working with people and values face-to-face communication. Broker Associate George Antaplyan specializes in marketing luxury homes in Los Angeles, and recently becoming a Thrive community advocate for Sherman Oaks and the surrounding areas.

A Midwest native, Julie attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities before relocating to Dallas, Texas where she spent several years working for one of the largest investor-owned healthcare corporations in the nation as Clinical Resource Administrator.
